Payment in advance, all prices are in EUROThe contract / purchase is only valid after receiving payment.Until receiving your payment,
we reserve your ordered components (but notlonger than 10 days after signing our confirmation of order). After time, we reserve the sale of
some or all listed products.

Terms of delivery
The above prices are quoted EXW, packing extra, without EUR1, without CE label.
Until final payment all goods remain property of company Tipp Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik
GmbH.Subject to being unsold.Pricing is generally EXW, goods are shipped at the risk of the recipient.
For safe application of used plants and components, the customer has to repair or overhaul
them.
In general the time of delivery is the date of the invoice, except the parties have expressively
agreed otherwise.All information, images, information and recommendations are made to the best of our
knowledge and / or are indicative estimates, but without guarantee. We reserve the right to
make changes to the technical information.
